Sustained aromas of fresh red fruit, with blackcurrant dominating the raspberry coulis. On the palate, the sensation is focused on smoothness. Nutmeg and vanilla add their delicate notes to the many red fruits, including pomegranate and redcurrant. A light tannic structure holds the wine together and asserts its length on the palate. Why not pair it with a typical Piedmont dish, Vitello tonnato?
