A blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, complemented by 12% Bouzy red wine for this rosé made exclusively from parcels in the Bouzy Grand Cru. The dense, fine, unctuous mousse releases a rich, gourmand nose. On the palate, the wine is sappy and dense, punctuated by refreshing fruity notes. The finish is mentholated and chalky. Serve with a blanc manger and crushed strawberries with fleur de sel.
