Sourced from two parcels of old Pinot Noir vines, with another 15% of Chardonnay, this champagne, disgorged in 2019, presents very thin bubbles. The aromas on the nose evoke the freshness of white fruits. On the palate, the maturity expected of wines of a certain age matches with the chalky and saline textures provided by the terroir. This cuvée could be served with oysters with champagne jelly.
