Gourmet nose with aromas of crushed raspberry, wild strawberry jam and a touch of toast. On aeration, spices invite themselves in with their warm notes (paprika, smoked white pepper). The palate is lighter and more restrained, with floral notes of elderberry and elegant bubbles. The powdery finish is pleasant and gives a little structure.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 ha of vineyards. Surrounded by Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, which is classified as a Grand Cru. Particular care is taken throughout production, and the harvest date, which is crucial to the balance of the grapes, is often pushed back to the earliest possible date. The company is particularly involved in the recognition of the Champagne hillsides, and in 2023 achieved its first certified organic harvest.
