A superb old gold color for this cuvée with a nose of fresh mushrooms, truffles and orange peel. On the palate, the wine is evolved yet complex, calling for a combination dish such as pan-fried chanterelle mushrooms, or a noble, tight-fleshed fish such as saint-pierre.
