The pretty, coppery-salmon color releases a magnificent, sustained effervescence. Made from Bouzy's Grands Crus, this 2013 rosé is aged in oak barrels. With 85% Chardonnay (15% Pinot Noir), this rosé offers a gourmet nose of candied raspberries, Tagada strawberries, redcurrants, sugar candy and hints of Sarawak pepper. On the palate, the wine offers an astringent, vinous, fruity structure and a pastry-like character. Enjoy with a timbale of jellied red fruit, peppermint and financier.
