Under a light, slightly salmon color, we discover the sweet fragrance of old rose, accompanied by notes of melon and coriander seeds that bring freshness, while fresh almond only appears in the background, like a more gourmet frame. Red berries and orange take up most of the acidity on the palate. A taut finish that makes you want to come back for more without dragging your feet. An ideal aperitif champagne.
