An old gold color with fine bubbles and creamy mousse. The nose is dynamic, powerful, straightforward, fleshy, greedy and licorice-like. A patchwork of spicy white and red fruits. On the palate, the attack is frank and sharp. The chewy texture is creamy, chalky and salivating. Open as an aperitif or with pan-fried scallops and buckwheat seeds.
