Pure Vandières for this undosed Pinot Meunier, which turns out to be a perfect success. On the nose, lemony notes are followed by hints of apple and fresh quince. On the palate, the wine is ideally balanced, with roundness and fruitiness, but also the tension that lengthens the finish. Two years on the lees and corking give this wine a very special dimension and top-notch bitters. We love it. Open on its own or with chanterelle mushrooms.
