Gault&Millau's review
This family-run estate of just over 3 ha, planted mainly with Chardonnay, is made up of vines over 40 years old. Located in the northern part of the Petit-Morin valley, the estate, which has been certified organic since the 2019 harvest, carries out its vinification in barrels, with gravity racking to avoid damaging the wine. The winemaker limits his impact on the environment as much as possible (soil study, plant sowing, hedge planting). The wines are superb. Alexis Leconte has taken over the presidency of the association of ratafia producers.
