The originality of this cuvée lies is in the blend of the 7 varietals from the Champagne area. It will surprise the tastebuds by its uniqueness. First, the thin bubbles, the pale gold colour and green highlights. Then then nose, with aromas of dried apricots and peonies, with a noticeable minerality. The mouth is enveloping and the finale brings up notes of honey. Everything comes perfectly into place and balances the tension and the memory of the water.
