Made from grapes from selected parcels of the Chouilly terroir, this cuvée has been exclusively vinified in wood. The nose is fine, elegant and rich, with notes of stewed white fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, finely wooded, and well-balanced between fresh citrus fruit and spices. A gastronomic wine to match game birds with spices and candied orange peel.
