Bright gold in color, this cuvée also reveals an exuberant, racy nose, evolving on spices, verbena, hay, roasted peach, with hints of toast and candied fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, finely oaked, balanced between the freshness of the vegetables and spices and the roundness and fatness of its texture. We'll have to wait and see, but for the moment, we'd suggest it with wild guinea fowl with spices, roasted almonds and verbena.
