It's the corked magnums of reserve wines, combined with the blend of base wines from the 2014 harvest, that bring freshness to this cuvée, rather than the other way around. This is reflected in the wine's luminous balance and extreme finesse, but also in its incisive tension. The result is a refined style. Pair with fine, precise dishes such as veal and scallop carpaccio with horseradish, or Japanese cuisine.
