Sanskriti combines a yoga center, bed & breakfast and a vegetarian restaurant: The Hungry Yogi. A former sawmill, tastefully refurbished, this green setting between Geneva and Chamonix (alpine walks, ski slopes a stone's throw away) reflects the alliance of Indian and Western culture. At the table, all day long, a vast choice of teas, chai and coffee, fresh juices, inventive smoothies and surprising snacks (Indian doughnuts, toasts, pastries), a varied lunch menu and a unique dinner buffet. In the bright dining room with terrace, you can pay free tribute to Indian cuisine, based on organically sourced products: porridges, sandwiches (cucumber/chutney, grilled with a variety of vegetables), creative tartines, various crêpes, stuffed breads (sour potatoes, crunchy cabbage, radish or cheese). All at affordable prices (vegan and gluten-free options available on request). Healthy and tasty, with a philosophy and a lot of love in the preparation of the dishes.
