This beautifully appointed chalet-hotel plays the intimate card, offering just ten rooms and four suites with authentic, refined furnishings and décor. In the restaurant, the focus is on bringing people together, in a spirit that's both gourmet and canaille, with grilled meats, grilled scallops with olive oil and chestnut mousseline, before a classic apple matafan or a revisited Mont-Blanc for dessert. Essentially Savoyard cellar, active service.
