We love the all-time favourites: stir-fried noodles; soups; bo-buns, spiced just right and available in vegetarian versions; homemade egg rolls (a real piece of work); bœuf lôc lac (beef, rice, soft-boiled egg); and the Bánh-mi, a sandwich combining carrot, cucumber, pickles and a choice of chicken, beef, tuna or veggie. For dessert, while the trio suggest variations of the moment on their cheesecakes and muffins, their Signature is worth discovering: tapioca, coconut milk, banana purée and a topping of chouchous!
