It's an institutional brasserie in the prefecture, in place for over thirty years and defending a fine Norman experience, between mosaics, art deco architecture and traditional recipes from here and elsewhere. The execution follows the intention, and you'll love the familiar flavors of country terrine with duck, Port-Bail-sur-Mer lobster risotto, Caen-style tripe, pan-fried calf's liver, potato purée and shallot confit... Not forgetting the seafood platters, priced up to €79.
