Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from Angers, in a beautiful village between vineyards and hillsides, a new table featuring a cuisine based on products, skilfully worked by an experienced chef; the soft-boiled egg is accompanied by a tasty parsnip cream, the trout fillet is cooked with precision, grilled on the skin, with a melting heart, and the not-too-sweet lemon tart is served in a millefeuille of different textures; it's simple, readable, but precise, and we'd be delighted to linger in this tastefully renovated country bistro, with its extensive wine list by the glass, most of which is organic or natural; an obvious toque and an address to be rediscovered in fine weather.
