A modern restaurant that has evolved with the change of name. The view over the River Louet is as lovely as ever, the atmosphere restful, and the current menu is just as attractive in its execution: simple and tasteful with pâté croûte, salmon gravlax, filet de cochon compression lard et fromage, chocolate coffee dessert..
