Gourmet Restaurant Odorico has found its place with Angevins, who are seduced by the lunch menu's consistently tempting proposals and meticulous execution: pressed chuck with horseradish cream and pickles, chard mullet with chickpea shrimp sauce, confit pork belly with teriyaki sauce. Which keeps them coming back in the evening for the blind menus, at €59 and €65, from new chef Armand Lallart. A well-turned-out cellar with a coherent and varied offer by the glass.
