Remarkable Restaurant Today, it's indisputably the most chic gourmet restaurant around the Palais Royal. In this beautiful, noble setting, you can conduct important business, enjoy an intimate dinner and savor the sharp, enticing cuisine of Philip Chronopoulos, whose small dishes are always big. For dinner, it's also one of the most lavishly priced menus in Paris (€265 for a three-course menu-card), with lunch prices dipping to €145 for simpler fare: broccoli with lemon balm and Greek yoghurt, red mullet with saffron and kaffir peas, pork with rhubarb and mustard onion, strawberry with elderberry and vanilla for dessert. The cellar is large and beautifully labeled, and the service is equally chic and self-assured, leaving no room for error.
