Chef's Restaurant A visit to what remains one of Paris's finest gastronomic monuments is always a thrill, whether for the nostalgic or the innocent traveler. The direction we've taken is no longer one of toques and awards, but one that allows us to visit places where we're careful not to spend too much these days. With the €57 weekly starter-main course, it's a fair deal (royal sea bream shimeji and fennel, guinea fowl supreme with green asparagus and tomato confit...), especially as the service remains highly professional.
