Gault&Millau's review 2026

Yet Enyaa has found its place, thanks to its price positioning (not cheap, not outrageous) for a cuisine that's close to a kaiseki, well inspired and well-worked, especially on the standards: chawanmushi, mackerel sushi, Basque eel kabayaki style, grilled cod with white miso and eggplant dengaku. Expect to pay around €70 with the final green tea ice cream.
