Chef's Restaurant This discreet Japanese restaurant has found its place and its approach is to be commended. The level is very good, justifying the two toques, the prices less extravagant than those of some of its colleagues, and the initiation can be done gently, while maintaining high quality, for example with the 7-course menu for €130. The year's best effort is now the appearance of an à la carte menu, which really allows you to indulge in your choice of dishes: steamed abalone and sesame tofu, stuffed scallops and morels, assorted sushi or sashimi, lobster tempura, grilled sablefish with binchotan and eggplant dengaku. The Kyoto green tea ice cream is a real treat.
