Sponsored In her contemporary Japanese restaurant, with its dark colors and plant-covered ceiling, Inès and her dynamic team offer a range of sushi, rolls, brochettes and poke bowls made fresh on the spot. The menu offers a range of recipes, from classics to surprising and delicious revisits of Peruvian culture. Among them, the Tuna Peruano: homemade breaded shrimp with avocado inside, raw tuna and coconut mint sauce on top. And don't miss the Tiradito, a revisited sashimi served with Thai sauce for the beef version, or mango passion sauce for the salmon version! Hot variations are also available, such as crispy salmon nikkei or the famous crunch. Perfect to start the meal: homemade guacamole & yuca chips, or karrage. And to finish it off: a duo of iced mochi, fruit salad or chocolate-coconut rollos. You can accompany it all with a Japanese beer. Breaks to enjoy on site, to take away or by delivery.
