Original Restaurant A friendly little bistro (Thonet chairs, minimalist regional decor) in the old quarter, close to the ramparts. On the slate boards, the menu is short, but well organized to please tourists and locals alike: escargots en persillade with Jerusalem artichoke cream, crispy half-cooked tuna "with Asian and Provençal flavors", revisited beef and carrots. With French toast at €9, expect to pay just under €50 for a full sequence.
