Sponsored Following on from the success of the foodtruck, Mes dix coups de fourchette moves into the center of Ailly-sur-Somme. Since February 2024, the former station brasserie has been busy, much to our delight. With a menu written on slates, you can choose from a range of seasonal recipes. A la carte: eggs mayo, salmon gravlax, marrow bones, burgers, kidneys, tartare... Here, neither sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, pepper, blue cheese...) nor toppings are imposed: homemade Mac & Cheese, fries with beef fat, creamed spinach... You choose, everything is homemade! As for desserts, it's hard to resist the crème brûlée, the red fruit pavlova or the pistachio and almond nougat glacé. All products are local, and the breads come from the village bakery. With wooden tables and family photos on the wall, the place is warm and inviting. And the best part? Its 50-seat terrace, with a covered area ideal for sharing a drink over a charcuterie board, but reservations are recommended. Easy access via the ring road and ample free parking.
