Gourmet Restaurant A well-run business close to the cathedral and the shopping streets, with constant entertainment and a menu that reflects the times, with obvious savoir-faire: composed plates as starters, like the beet fontainebleau puff pastry with seeds and caramelized onions, or the confit pork belly risotto with tomato pasta and ossau iraty in a €37 formula that finishes well with the red fruit and lemon vacherin. The cellar offers a small selection of wines from most regions, with a few cocktails to liven up the evening.
