Chef's Restaurant Good ideas, rigor and taste: these are the qualities of a table that still holds the top spot, that of Frédéric Barette, goldsmith in the field and leader of the gastro revival of the last ten years in the Picardy capital. Beautiful products, varied influences, plates to remember, such as grey shrimps in textures, lobster gel de ponzu concombre et bouillon, haddock raviole or Axuria veal with poulette and albuféra sauce. We kick off the festivities with the four-course Découverte menu at €59, not forgetting the lunch option at €38.
