Sponsored Rarely has a restaurant and lounge bar lived up to its name so well. Facing the magnificent bay of Porto-Vecchio, Les Jardins d'Eden is a small culinary paradise that Valérie Nicolaï took over twenty years ago. Adapting to her customers' desires and now also to their wallets, the restaurateur focuses on the quality of her produce, sourced directly from producers whenever possible. The Chef and his brigade transform these raw materials in the kitchen, with a quest for originality that is the restaurant's trademark. On the terraces, in the shelter of a pergola or under the leaves of untouched vines, one surprise follows another. First, in the glass, where you pour one of the island's selected wines or an exceptional vintage, depending on your budget. On the plate, too, you'll be astonished, not to say delighted: old-fashioned tomato with lavender oil and roasted coriander, bavette steak with hibiscus sauce, smoked swordfish carpaccio with brousse... not forgetting, depending on the time of day, delicious homemade tapas and pizzas.
