Gault&Millau's review 2025

Unquestionably one of the most beautiful hotels in Southern Corsica, with breathtaking views over the bay of Porto-Vecchio and a boutique-hotel spirit that delights travelers in search of privacy. Guests also appreciate the originality of its minimalist architecture, which celebrates wood and glass, and the sleek design of its 34 rooms and suites (not including a private villa), all of which open onto terraces overlooking the sea. A place infused with harmony and serenity, complete with a 25 m outdoor swimming pool whose waters merge with those of the Mediterranean, a park designed by landscape architect Jean Mus, and a spa with Finnish sauna. And last but not least, one of Corsica's most gourmet restaurants, led by the highly talented chef Fabio Bragagnolo.
