Located within the city walls, this dining room is quite impressive, with a remarkable view of the harbor far below. For a long time now, this restaurant has stood out by not just displaying its products but offering a rather elaborate cuisine based on regional ingredients: Bonifacio-style eggplant, sea bream ceviche with candied citron, Bastia-style stuffed squid, local sea bass au gratin with brocciu, glazed suckling pig, veal tenderloin with pancetta and forest-style sauce. Pavlova and fiadone are among the desserts, and nearby wineries are prominently featured.
