Sponsored In the kitchen, Tammy Beuzit and Gaël Mahé concoct a healthy cuisine using organic, local and seasonal produce, adding a touch of originality with sprouted seeds, homemade oils, rare herbs and spices. Olivier Beuzit creates cocktails and beverages in line with this cuisine, and with what grows in the kitchen garden, such as edible flowers. "Our cuisine is colorful and spicy, inspired by our international experiences. It breathes sharing and arouses emotions, a bit like music. Everyone plays their part to create a harmony of flavors," Gaël explains. All palates are catered for: vegetable lovers with vegetarian and/or vegan dishes, meat lovers with, in particular, a pork spare rib, cooked at low temperature for eight hours, and the curious, eager for new culinary sensations. The lobster from the fish tank, cooked to perfection, also has its fans. Music and a unique playlist accompany the meal, awakening all the senses. In this former presbytery, you'll feel right at home, at one with nature.
