The setting is soothing, inviting relaxation, and introduces market cuisine of a high standard, both contemporary and aimed at a broad clientele. Typical dishes include scallops on the half-shell with chorizo and beurre maître d'hôtel, filet of sea bream with beurre nantais sauce, veal filet with jus corsé, black forest with morello cherries and roasted clementines. Well-educated staff.
