Chef's Restaurant Sébastien Brette, a new chef with an impressive track record (Troisgros, Ducasse, Decoret, Guérin...), has taken over the kitchens of this medieval jewel, which deserves a fine table. If only to attract tourists to this beautiful village and historic house. If you manage to park nearby, you'll enjoy an elegant table, a professional welcome and a young, well-supervised service. On the plate, high-quality local produce, a touch of unnecessary sophistication, but toques that come back naturally. Particularly for the asparagus starter, the signature ravioli carbonara, the well-cooked veal knuckle, and the red tuna and seaweed tartar. A fine conclusion with the works of a young pastry chef, Adeline Lahoussay, who raises the bar singularly at the end of the meal. Well-stocked Rhone cellar, excellent advice from the sommelier.
