The beautiful local stone lends light and charm to this traditional home. The cuisine is equally authentic, refined, and thoughtfully crafted, featuring a short seasonal menu brimming with creative ideas: zucchini blossoms with goat cheese and olive oil, Mediterranean hake with shiso-infused broth, green beans, and mustard, beef tenderloin with eggplant and a robust sauce, candied melon with almond-hibiscus financiers… The menu brings together most of the season’s current inspirations.
