This little nugget at the foot of the Ventoux is a wonderful discovery. A sense of association, of seasonal produce used to good effect, for a high-performance €38 menu: crispy beef with foie gras, red cabbage and Jerusalem artichokes, Ventoux pork with celery and barley curry, before a delightful lemon dessert.
