Gault&Millau's review 2025

A beautiful and proud house, embedded in the ancient ramparts, offering a bourgeois setting and atmosphere. And relatively low prices for its €32 menu, inspired by the terroir, with caillette de lièvre rôti en feuille de brick and croustillant de joue de boeuf. We drink local, i.e. Ventoux, with Fondrèche, Pierre du Coq or Domaine des Anges.
