Chef's Restaurant A restaurant with a solid reputation on the dreary Avenue de Liège, popular with the local bourgeoisie. The interior is wise and comfortable, with elegant surroundings, tablecloth-covered tables and diligent service. The cuisine is easily up to date, with good technique and clean flavors: octopus à la galicienne, monkfish medallions à la frita, zucchini flower fritters, raspberry poppy dessert from the short menu of Emmanuel Hernandez, who has worked in some of the great houses (Lassausaie, Lorain, Savoy...) and adds his "must-haves" (lobster, veal sweetbreads, beef tenderloin with truffle purée...). Beautiful classic cellar.
