In the city center, a shop dedicated to meat, a good concept for Valenciennes residents who are not part of the vegan fringe. Tartare, carpaccio, brochettes, tataki, pavé ch'ti, ibérico, pepper, various variations on pavé de boeuf, but also regional specialties such as carbonade à la Jenlain. It's well served, with enthusiasm and friendliness. A local beer or glass of wine is served on the side.
