Institutions should never be overlooked. This emblematic Grand Hôtel brasserie offers a moment between nostalgia and the present, with a menu that keeps up with the times (a little too much so) while maintaining the good precepts of tradition in its execution: salmon tataki, fine mushroom tart, fish and chips, Caesar salad, magret grand veneur and angus bavette à la bordelaise... Ducasse Triple on draught or shared glass of wine.
