Gourmet Restaurant Not far from the Pont du Diable gorges, this former 17th-century mill is now home to a fine hotel and a renowned restaurant. The establishment takes full advantage of the rustic, bucolic charm of the setting, a stone and old wood building in the midst of untouched nature, decorated with soothing country simplicity. Chef Frédéric Molina works with local produce in a pleasantly eco-responsible way, using short-run, organic and seasonal produce, with results that explain the restaurant's reputation.
