In the kitchen, Chef Maxime and his brigade sublimate seasonal produce and gastronomic classics. With a regularly renewed menu, there's something for everyone, from pizza lovers and fans of slow-cooked dishes to aficionados of Asian flavors and street food. Starters include gravlax salmon marinated in beet, homemade foie gras, sushi-style tuna tataki... perfectly executed haute couture plates. The main courses are not to be outdone, with excellent meats, a forest-style gnocchi gratin to die for, and a few nice surprises like this vegetarian phô and its lively broth. And let's not forget the burgers, salads and a dessert menu that will make any gourmet swoon. In the dining room or on the terrace in a contemporary, cosy setting, customers are in heaven.
