Inspired by his many travels, this bread made with organic wholemeal and semi-complete flours (wheat, spelt, rye and chestnut) is unique. The Chef garnishes his specialty with home-cooked recipes to ensure that you enjoy all the nutrients you need for a balanced diet: as a base, he offers onions, gherkins, kimchi, mashed potatoes and vegetables. "All products are carefully selected, organic and free from preservatives, pesticides, colorants, additives and sweeteners," explains manager Florence Le Bihan. Served hot, the BBwich can be enjoyed in several variations to suit all tastes (duck, chicken, cheese, vegetarian options). Dishes named after novels also feature on the menu, such as L'Attrape Cœur (with duck effiloché). Arnaud also makes dessert versions. Cocktails, a fine wine cellar, fresh fruit juices and Breton beers accompany your meals. Open Tuesday to Friday and, by reservation, also at weekends.
