Since December 2023, experienced chef Flavio, a native of the area, and his partner Lola, a graduate of the Vatel school, both of whom love the mountains and the region, have been welcoming guests to this restaurant, whose ultra-cosy, elegant decor features stone, burnt wood and comfortable armchairs. Fresh, local produce is sublimated by the chef and his second in command, and presented with subtlety and gourmet flair. The Lodge's dishes, which vary with the seasons, recall Flavio's childhood memories, a nod to the love of local cuisine passed on by his mother. A touch of modernity, thanks to the techniques acquired in fine establishments and the aesthetic quest for meticulous, well-crafted presentation, adds elegance to the plates.
