Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Bourbonnais region, a two-hundred-year-old hostellerie on the banks of Route 144 is home to this restaurant with three large, elegant rooms, where the owner is also the chef. Robert Michel has worked at the "Trois Gros", "La Tour d'Argent" and "Lucas Carton" restaurants, so he's a man with experience and know-how. Consommé de gambas aux pointes d'asperges, terrine de queue de bœuf au foie gras en mosaïque de légumes, gigolette de cuisses de grenouilles et escargots or his famous nage de homard, Saint Jacques et Gambas au thé Matcha. The red fruit pavlova with white tea chantilly will delight connoisseurs. The cellar is well designed and the service friendly, if a little slow at times.
