We find Benoît Larose a few minutes north of Montluçon, on this jovial and crowded stage, where families and business travelers go as regulars. The house has charm, a 3* hotel and a contemporary table, where the chef produces calibrated bistronomic cuisine, ranging from €26 to €66. The compositions show a certain amount of research, not content to simply cook what's on the market, like the duo of sea bass and red mullet, worked with mussels, cabbage, carrot and potatoes, with lemon and fennel seeds, or the paris-brest, with red fruits and accompanied by ice cream.
