Chef Arnaud Delamain's ever-changing brasserie menu offers unbeatable value for money. Start with a house cocktail and tapas, then go for the burgers, Bocconcini cutlets with Corsican tome and Cap Corse sauce, zucchini fritters with San Marzano tomato sauce and Parmesan gratin, or low-temperature pork belly with truffle-oil purée.
