On the outskirts of Piana, this historic hotel perched 300 m above the water proudly overlooks the Gulf of Porto, offering guests one of Corsica's most spectacular sunsets, with its calanques setting ablaze at dusk. With its century-old building and Art Deco furnishings, owner Mady Dalakupeyan jealously guards this treasure, infusing it with a delightfully old-fashioned atmosphere. On the menu? 48 rooms with polished parquet floors, an Art Nouveau restaurant featuring chef Lory Sommelette and, last but not least, a sheepfold nestled in the scrubland, with a small path winding its way through the maquis to the Arone beach below.
