Gourmet Restaurant A good, serious brasserie on the Canebière. There's nothing very original in the catalog, but on closer inspection and tasting, you can clearly see the work of a chef and a cook: the freshly marinated mackerel tartare, justly seasoned with its wasabi ice cream, the orthodox (and for once correctly spelled) ossobuco with its soft polenta and the good Corsican clementine tartlet make a pleasant and well-served sequence for €46. Extensive regional cellar.
