The privileged location of the Palais de la Bourse is a strong asset. It's used to the full, from morning to night, for brunch, lunch, tea time and dinner. At the table, you can opt for the menu with two choices per item for €42: sea bream ceviche, low-temperature salmon steak, French chicken supreme, Dalloyau pastry. Or you can opt for a wide brasserie menu with salads, burgers, fish trilogy and a wide variety of desserts. Well-sorted regional wine cellar with a wide selection by the glass.
